Sets are 100% created by me, using high-quality, professional products. I use full-coverage gel tips, and all sets are made with gel polish/products, the same materials used for gel x nails—just as press-ons! Way more sturdy and durable than shein/drug store nails, and all customised and made to order without having to wait hours at a salon. <3
1. How long do the nails stay on? Are the nails reusable?
It is all about application.
1-2 days: Apply a thin strip of glue from your cuticle to tip. Bring glue with you in case of emergency.
5-7 days: Apply a pea-sized dot of glue to each natural nail (adjust for pinkie) and a little to the back of
the Moneta Nails. Spread around, don’t get too close to the skin as the glue will disperse when pressure
is applied.
7-12 days: Follow full instructions on backside of nail display card.
Yes! The nails are 100% reusable with the proper care and hygiene. Please avoid harsh chemicals and roughness on the nails, and care for them as fragile items. Re-apply and remove with the steps provided in packaging.
2. The standard nail sizes don't fit my nails, what should I do?
If none of the standard sizes fit your nail measurements, select "custom" and leave your measurements
at checkout in the instruction box: Thumb, Index, Middle, Ring, Pinky, - Example 15mm,12mm, 13mm, 12mm, 10mm,

Yes! We ship worldwide.
4. I love your ___ set but I was wondering if I can change some things around?
As long as they are not drastic changes, I'd be happy to do so :) please consult with me first via Instagram DM.
5. Do you accept custom nail orders? I saw a set on your social media that I want to purchase, but I don't see it listed on your website. How do I go about purchasing?
Yes I do! I offer custom nail sets. Please message me your nail inspo(s) via Instagram DM or email at monetanails1@gmail.com to start your nail order :)
A set I've created that's not on the website is because it was someone else's custom set. These sets can always be recreated; please DM me on Instagram or email me for steps on how to purchase.
6. Do you accept exchanges or offer refunds?
Due to the nature of the products and sanitary reasons, all sales are final. For this reason, please ensure you double-check your order and nail size before placing your order.
Any claims quality/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received
7. When will I receive my order?
It takes 5-14 days for your order to be processed for shipping. Please understand I only have one set of hands to paint, process, and ship the nails.
*Orders are processed in the order we receive them unless you've chosen express shipping.
8. What do I do if I never received my order?
Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package; however, once a package is shipped, it is out of my control. I am not responsible for anything that could be interfering with delivery on the buyer's end (wrong address, missing apt #, unsuccessful deliveries due to gate codes, returning to sender due to ___, etc.) Delayed packages are expected during busier seasons. You can still contact me, and I will try my best.
9. How many nails come in a set?
Ten nails come in a set; make sure to check your nail measurements before ordering to ensure a proper fit.
10. How can I find what nail size fits best?
Please refer to my size guide on how to find your perfect size. A sizing kit is not required, but it's 100% recommended. Please be mindful that there are no refunds for incorrect sizes.
